Okay nursing mommas! How are you making sure you're eating enough to maintain your milk supply but also losing weight?!
I lost 30lbs within the first two weeks pp and have since not lost anything more (I am almost 10 weeks pp after c section). I don't over eat, I walk around 6-10 miles a week and drink lots of water. I don't want to eat less because I don't want my supply to go down. As soon and I can I'll start running but otherwise I'm stuck. And I have at LEAST 30 more pounds to lose. Help!
