Is it true nausea/vomiting is a sign of a healthy pregnancy?

pregnancy?" /> I've read a few articles about this but I can't decided if I believe it or not... I've had 3 miscarriages and I didn't throw up with any of them but I'm currently 8 weeks pregnant and I'm constantly having nausea or I'm being sick!

With my first pregnancy (it ended in miscarriage) I wasn't sick at all. I felt great. With my current , my first trimester was terrible I was so sick. I'm 31 weeks now

Well I've heard of people having no nausea, vomitting and they've had a healthy pregnancy.
Sorry to hear about your losses though.
I think each woman just varies in symptoms overall.

I only threw up once at 16 weeks.. This baby is probably a different gender than the 3 others? Idk :)

I'm 23 weeks never had any morning sickness no nausea no throwing up me and baby and are doing great!! I just developed some carpal tunnel not sure what's worse being sick or physical pain lol sorry for your loss before!! Good luck I hope all goes well for you!!!!
