Clomid CD 3-7 Vs 5-9

Hi all ! I have been prescribed with clomid 100 mg CD 5-9. I was just looking up on the internet and I understand that 3-7 has had more success rates , apparently. I am on day 3rd of my period today and wondering if I should risk it ? I have PCOS and hypothyroidism.
