TMI!!! what is this??

so for some reason, last night my stomach has hurt so bad, and I had the poops ): but I was sitting on the toilet, I wasn't straining or anything. Just kinda waiting, and I went to wipe so I could go back to bed since nothing was happening and this was hanging out of me(my vagina)... I'm 12 weeks 5 days today, just wondering if this has happened to anyone else.
