I need to occupy my mind elsewhere
6 wks and 5 days ... Even though I have a full day with work and school my mind keeps wandering towards my new blessing. For the past few nights I didn't get much sleep. Last night I didn't sleep a wink. . . I know that it won't always be like this. I need to relax my mind. Does anyone have any tips? Things such as reading, music, walking, cleaning, etc are not doing the trick. Maybe it's the jitters.
