I've been trying for 2 months

I use a few other aps to help me track my ovulation and all of them show different days of ovulation I'm confused because I use the same information on all of them one says I was ovulating on October 8-14 then this one said I was 7-13 and another said 9-14 HELP! My cycle is 31 days apart and last 4 days each cycle
