Trust issues

Hate to admit it but I have trust issues because of stuff in the past, I love my bf so much and I actually know he loves me to and will do anything for me but still when I'm not busy and have time to think I start wondering and then my mind goes wild and I upset myself... I try my best not to be like this but it gets hard sometimes... Anyone els with this problem? 🙈🙎🏻😨
