Disappearing act??

I'm 7w4d and I have been sick like clock work from day one really. Every morning and in the first few weeks I was sick all the time. The last 3 days all my symptoms have just disappeared. No sore breast, no nausea, no cravings. The only symptom I've had is extreme fatigue. Yesterday I felt like o could have slept the whole day! What's going on? This is my third pregnancy but only my 2nd baby if everything goes well. I just want my little rainbow baby to be ok.
