I have this everyday, to the point where if I forget to wear panty liners, there is literally so much it runs down my legs and makes me think im bleeding or something. Its SOOOOOO much, but my Dr. Said it is perfectly normal so you should be okay.

I have the same thing going on and I'm 15 weeks and couple days. Sometimes when k walk I'll feel it dripping and rush to bathroom to see if it's blood and it's not. Just watery and white and clear no smell or anything. Doctor didn't say anything about it at my pelvic exam. Happens couple times a day. I just wear a panty liner.
