Really really nervous

Hello Ladies! So here I go.... I had a wonderful son 4 years ago. Perfect pregnancy, healthy happy baby! When he was 2 we decided to start TTC again. One year later I got pregnant, but miscarried at 6 weeks. So, now here we are again, just got my bfp, and I'm mad freaking out. I don't"feel" pregnant. I feel like I should have symptoms. I was very very sick with my first pregnancy, and I guess I just feel like I should feel something. I'm terrified im going to have another miscarriage. In just plain and simple freaking out. First apt not until the 29th. 4 weeks is going to kill me...
