Overwhelmed..

So today I went to do my first ultrasound and after 15 minutes the doctor tells me that he can't find the gestational sac, but found some cysts on my left ovaries and the corpus luteum bigger on my right ovaries.

He thinks I miscarried but I didn't have any red blood spotting or pain, just some cramps and brown spotting. I don't know what to think. He also told me to get a blood test to check my HGC levels and another ultrasound to confirm the miscarriage.

I will do that tomorrow but did any of you have this issue?

I feel like my heart was ripped out from me :'(
