Should I be worried?!?😳

Okay soo I have a 5 year old son who is my world... me and his father NEVERRRRR use protection... He cums in me all the time. I'm not on birth control And I never even have a scare my periods are always on time, I am so nervous that I won't be able to have anymore kids..it's not like me and my boyfriend are  trying to have another baby by any means because I'm in school to be a MA and want to have a career in place and we still have a lot to figure out  with our relationship.... Long story short I'm curious if anyone has any advice or should I go see a dr about it ? 😕
