My usual AF starts with really intense cramps followed by heavy, heavy flow. AF was scheduled to start yesterday but nothing. Today I've had light spotting and very mild cramps. Is AF just changing on me or could this mean something else?! CD 37 if it's not AF. TMI: I haven't checked the tampon yet to see if the flow has gotten heavier. This just doesn't feel like my normal AF. It's probably nothing but I felt like I had to ask...
