AF is due today and typically it arrives as early as 8am and 11am every month. No sign of AF yet, I have very very mild cramps in my lower back and that's it along with extreme hot flashes. I'm assuming it's coming but none of my previous cycles had such mild symptoms with constantly being hot in addition usually a day or 2 before AF arrives I have no appetite to eat but that has not been the case this cycle. Anyone else experience similar symptoms or behaviors?
