Answer pregnancy test indent

I took a Answer early result pregnancy test this morning and I saw a faint line within the 3 minute mark. So I popped it open and there was a super deep indent on the back of it where the positive line should be. AF is due tomorrow and I feel so ripped off! My question is if there's an indent will that prevent a BFP from showing?
