Is this normal?? Tmi

So I had my baby on Sunday. He tore an artery coming out and tore my labia in half. I got stitches and I was doing fine until about two to three days ago, I sneezed really hard and ever since then, My clit and Vagina are really really sore, different soreness. I took a mirror and looked, and my clit looks a lot different than it did before, also my vagina is like shut. The opening is just shut, I tried using my muscles to squeeze but it won't move. Has anyone experienced this after vaginal birth?? I tried my best to describe it, and I can't call my doctor until tomorrow.
