Anyone get pregnant from IUI?

Hi ladies. I'm 41 and have been TTC for 5 months, with a fertility doc for the past 3. All systems look good so we tried IUI for the first time last Monday.

My boobs are so sore and I just felt cramps so I'm assuming it didn't worry and I'll be getting my period soon, which blows.

Did anyone here get pregnant from an IUI? I don't think I'll be able to afford IVF (not covered by my insurance).

Looking for a glimmer of hope. I got pregnant with my daughter so easily 10 years ago. I so badly want baby #2. Trying to stay optimistic but feeling broken, old. It's embarrassing.

Yes! Two cycles with tamoxafin (spelling?) and this angel was born on 1/8/16.

Absolutely!  We first tried using frozen donor sperm in May.  We then tried in August.  For two weeks, I had convinced myself I wasn't pregnant but I was!  The first time we inseminated the day I had a +OPK but the second time we waited 28 hours after the first +OPK.  I was 36 at the time and will be 37 when I give birth.  Everyone says the waiting is the hardest part and it's true.

I'm 4 wk 2 days and did 3 rounds of iui. I'm 42, and couldn't afford ivf either. It's an exhausting process emotionally, but it can work. Now just hoping this one is viable. Ultrasound in 6 days...so much waiting in this process! Hate it!
