Not sure what's going on.

So the last 2 weeks I haven't taken my birth control. My cycle is usually 28 days and my period will last 3 days top. I got my period early and it was how it usually is when not on birth control. It was heavy and last a full 6-7 days. My husband and I had sex every other day before and during my period. Now I'm having some very light pink and brown spotting and have been waking up the past 3-4 nights in hot flashes and stomach aches. Was wondering if this means I could be pregnant and when/if I should take a test.
