af 4days late - no sign of her

today I am 4 days late. my cycle is usually 24-26 days. I'm on day 29! I've had terrible insomnia several days last week, my breast and nipples are tender and sensitive, today and last night I've been so exhausted all I've done is sleep, last night and several times today I believe I experienced lightning crotch, and had a dizzy spell yesterday. I tested (knowing better) at 7-8dpo and got a BFN. I haven't had a late period since we started ttc and this last month we weren't even trying bc we had so much going on. I'm starting to have that really heavy, full uterus feeling like I'm about to start and I keep checking but it's just a lot of watery cm. this is the first month I actually didn't symptom spot and didn't even think about getting pregnant this month until I checked my calendar to see when AF was due and I was late. I'm so scared to test bc I absolutely hate seeing negative tests, especially when it seemed so real😕
