Baby shower

So should I still stick with my baby shower being the second weekend in march just two weeks before I'm due with my second child or should I just plan my own shower for sometime this month and if people come great if not ole well cause I wait till my baby shower to see what people get me then what ever is left to get I just get no problem but that doesn't leave me very much time to prepare and get things done which are hard enough to do already while keeping a close eye on my one year old what should I do I'm tired of being put last just because I'm a single mom that can't work right now
