I am currently ttc, and I have ulcerative colitis. Many people do not know what ulcerative colitis is; however most people have at least heard of chrons disease. Chrons disease and ulcerative colitis are both digestive disease referred to as irritable bowl DISEASE (IBD) and unfortunatly has no cure. Only continuous treatments until remission is acheived... Many people confuse IBD with irritable bowl syndrome (IBS). IBS is treatable and has a cure. Id like to find support from anyone who has had any problem conceiving or successfully conceived. I have been told that the risks of getting pregnant while not in remission, could lead to multiple miscarriages. And that breaks my heart... any personal experience or advice would be much appreciated!
