RSV or morning sickness 😷

So, my 2 year old daughter has had rsv for 5 days now. She has had a fever of 104.5, coughing really bad, runny nose, vomiting, and shes contagious. Starting yesterday i had a sore throat and headache and was nauseous. Today its worse and im vomiting and after i vonit i get severe abdominal pain (this happened pre pregnancy too). Does anybody have any opinions of if this is pregnancy related or sickness? I dont want to take medicine if i dont have to.
