Cycle off
I just started taking hairfinity vitamins after I cut my hair to help it grow back faster. Now all of a sudden my cycle is late😩 when I took biotin for hair growth it threw my cycle off track too. Keep in mind I have a perfect 28 day cycle. Has this happened to anyone else. Vitamins mess your cycle up?
