Spotting?

So I feel like I did everything right this month... BD lots while fertile etc. AF is due a week today so I am 9dpo. today I saw blood when I went to the loo. It was quite pale but there was a reasonable amount of it. I have also felt really horrible for the last couple of days. Stomach ache and really bloated, no appetite and I feel dizzy. Trying hard not to read too much into it but just had to post. Has anyone else had this??
