Dealing with Oily PCOS skin and breakouts??

Anyone else feel like they are going through puberty again because of PCOS? My skin is so oily and my face and my shoulders have started breaking out like they did in middle school! Any ideas/remedies from you ladies?

I started using Aveeno clear complexion foam cleanser and I use the exfoliant about twice a week. I had 2 hormonal pimples last month. Far better than what it used to be!! And my sister did the same and it's helped a lot with hers too!

I'm a licensed Esthetician. I'd say go get a facial :) it'll work wonders! If it gets really bad and that doesn't help id go see a dermatologist
