Headaches

Any to be mommas suffering headaches . Since the moment I woke up at 10 am I have had a brain pounding headache . It's so bad it's making me nauseous. Around 1pm I took 2 Tylenol extra strength but it didn't stop the pain not even a little bit . Also I've been feeling as if at some point my nose is going to bleed from this headache . It is now 7:30 pm and I am still having this headache the nausea and nose bleed feeling . I am literally in tears as I type this and I don't want to run to the er bc I have a ob visit tomorrow afternoon but I don't know if I can take it . Am I the only one ? If not how do you get it to stop or even lessen the pain . Btw I am 15 weeks today
