So confused!

Alyssa • Hi! I`m Alyssa! I`ve been TTC for about a month. I am taking prenatal vitamins and eating healthy.
Took at clear blue ovulation test this morning and it said I was at peak and took a first response tonight and it said low fertility. What should I believe?
