Ibuprofen =swelling???

Just wondering if any of you ladies have been able to link ibuprofen to an extreme amount of swelling after your csection. I elevate my feet, drink plenty of fluids but it seems as if my feet and legs go down then by the evening they are more swollen than ever. I know I will experience some swelling but it shouldn't be like a yoyo. Anyone been able to link the 2?!? Thanks
