Is it safe??

I don't see the doctor til the end of this month and caught my kids sinus cold. Is it safe to take any kind of sinus meds?? Such as claritin etc?? It's driving me nuts and don't know what else to do... I'm currently 28 weeks

Can you call your doc just to ask? Until then try home remedies. Warm water with honey and lemon was soothing for me.

You can take Zyrtec or Claritin, but nothing with D (decongestant)!!  I have had terrible sinus issues as well. The things that have helped me are steaming myself with hot water, vinegar and salt, a nasal rinse and Zyrtec.

I was told that Zyrtec D is safe. Of course don't take anything without calling your provider.
