General questions

My partner and I have been TTC for three years. Was put on birth control to help? Which didn't. I was diagnosed with PCOS about six months ago, and have done my first round of clomid on CD2-6. Did ovulation strips which said I ovulated on CD11. Right so here are my questions...I now have a metallic iron taste in my mouth, could this be a sign of my BFP? Along with sore nipples, cramps further down than usual AF cramps. Which I know could all be symptoms of AF but has anyone else had experiences like these? I'm currently on CD20 so to early to test I think! :)
