Worried about a doctor appointment.

So I called my OBGYN. I told them about the swelling, vision issues and headaches. She told me to go check my blood pressure. I did and it was 126/90. She told me she'd call back after she discussed everything with my midwife. When she did she said she wanted me to come in in the morning to see an actual Doctor. (I haven't seen one prior.) she sounded very concerned and told me to be on bed rest until then and check my blood pressure every hour. What should I expect from seeing the doctor? I'm very worried. 32 weeks pregnant.
