Living With Your Boyfriend

I'm turning 22 soon and am graduating college this summer. I need to start looking for an apartment and my boyfriend of 2 years and I have decided that it would be awesome to live together. We're going to sign a lease soon but I am very nervous. Can anybody share their experiences and advice in regard to living with your boyfriend? Thanks!
