Implantation bleeding?

Do all women expirence implantation bleeding? Because I've been seeing a lot on here and a lot of women have had the spots, so does it occur in all women?

I didn't have ib and I had no symptoms not even pms that's what made me know I was pregnant

I didn't,  I just had lots of cramping in my belly button and today and 3 weeks and 3 days with baby 2 :)
