Scared!

My body hasn't been right since the birth of my daughter (emergency c section) my periods have been all over the place and Iv had really heavy periods aswell as other problems. We also have been having no luck Concieving when our daughter was Concieved so quickly! I had a pelvic scan on Wednesday to see if they can find a cause for this. They told me it would be at least a week until my results, Iv had a phone call today to say my scans abnormal and to get me in this afternoon. I'm so scared it seems to quick and I don't know what to think! What if I can't have more children? 😭😔
