Had a nightmare about losing the baby ?

Anyone else had this?? I'm 13 weeks and I had a dream that I was at work and started passing clots. Then the baby came out, but when I wiped him/her off in the sink, I looked down and was holding a toy doll. Not my baby. 
It really disturbed me and I hope it doesn't mean anything... help.

Welcome to crazy pregnancy dreams.. I've had dreams that I would go into labor and start cramping and bleeding and my husband telling me I'm ok and I need to stop complaining, and I would be holding my baby and he was really small.. Then I would look back down and he would be gone, and no blood anywhere.. They can be scary and have you worry, but it's all ok, all I have is crazy dreams and very vivid dreams. Your not alone in that situation :) but your ok and your little one is growing and healthy :)

I've had dreams about giving birth to dead babies and to a kitten and dreams about my boyfriend being eating and or attacked by a zombie also I had a dream about being raped by an ugly fat mailman it was all so weird but my boyfriend always gets me out of them before they get too bad and he holds me until I go to sleep and it just started in my third trimester it's going to be a crazy two and a half months
