Please help, pregnant and bleeding!!! ☹😢

Hey ladies, I'm 7 weeks pregnant today and I've had some bleeding today. Is this normal? Did anyone else bleed during their pregnancy? My boyfriend and I had sexual intercourse last night and I called a ob and she said that's probably why. I'm just worried and upset. It's a very light bleeding but it's red and brown. What do you guys think? Does anyone else have this? Did you have this? That's a picture of it about a hour or so ago. Please help! Thank you.
