Trying to be hopeful but I'm also nervous

I'm really hoping I get my BFP this month after having a miscarriage and D&C 12/9 I am 8 dpo and I'm having some lower left stomach pain which I read can be associated with implantation and while I was sitting at my desk today I started to feel a little nausea...I'm really hoping this is it that I will get that BFP and no AF next week but I'm also very nervous that it won't happen...Somedays it's just so hard I just really want to be pregnant already😔
