Ultra Sound Anxiety 10 weeks

I go in for my first appointment to meet my OB on Tuesday. Im 9 weeks 2 days today and have had some complications. I started spotting at 5 weeks any where from light pink to heavy bright red to brown discharge. I went for an ultra sound and vaginal utrasound and saw my bugs little heart beat. Everything looked fine. Bleeding got worse so I had to get more blood drawn and then got the Rhogam shot since I'm Rh Negative. I haven't had any bleeding for exactly a week now. But reading online other women have been healthy at 6 wreks and miscarried later so I am a little worried. Probably for nothing, but I can't help the anxiety.
