Spinal tube abnormalities

Went to the dr today for chromosome testing of baby. When they did the ultrasound, they told us it looked like the baby has ancephala. I dont know what to do. They said I will have to make a decision to terminate. I'm only 12 weeks. I go for a second opinion but not for another week. This is agony. Anyone else go thru this and what did you do? I keep hoping they are wrong.
