Can someone please explain what it is, how it works, and what can it do to my body?

I kinda have a general understanding of what it is, but still am kinda clueless I'm 19 and still hardly know anything about vaginas and stuff along those lines.

I'm not an expert lol but your fw is the few days I believe usually 5-6 days usually around mid cycle before you ovulate and those are the days including your ovulation day that you can get pregnant during because sperm can live up to seven days (some say five some say seven) inside your uterus and impregnate the egg it's best to have sex the day before and day of ovulate because it takes a few hours for the sperm to reach the egg and you want sperm waiting when the egg is released you can use ovulation tests you urinate on in the middle of the day to see if you have an luteinizing hormone surge which indicates you should have sex because you will ovulate in the next 24 hours :)
