Overreacting ?

My SO told me he doesn't come see me as often as he used to because everytime he sleeps in the same bed with me he gets nightmares . I try and get him to connect with our daughter before bed , and he gets squeamish and says it's scary and he doesn't want to feel her kick. I've been crying all day since he left for work.. Am I just pregnant and hormonal ? Or should I be upset ..? I don't know how to feel , and it's putting me into a bit of a depression to be honest .
