Scared and nervous

So I am currently 9 w 5d and I have my first ultrasound Tuesday. I'm so nervous about everything like. What if they can't find the heart beat. Maybe I'm not eating right or drinking enough water. What if I lost the baby. I'm just so nervous and scared. Like I have like small cramping like I'm about to have my period. I'm not sure if that normal or if I should go to the hospital for it. I'm just a nervous wreck.
