Yeast infection& Medication

Hey guys,

I am currently abt to be 9 weeks and I wanted to know if any of you ladies were diagnosed with a yeast infection. I was diagnosed with it and now, every time I wipe, I have small spotting and I'm cramping a little..... I'm afraid I could miscarry bc of the medication. I was prescribed Terconazole and I stopped using it bc I'm so afraid.... HELP PLEASE!
