Please anyone

Last night I was brought in to ane went to get checked over the nurse said the neck of the womb is closed and there no fresh blood last night I was bleeding heavy for about 15 mind after that it lightened up to light brown almost gone until she put the spectrum in to check my over she said everything was normal and to go home and rest went to loo this morning and found this when I wiped very light cramping books hurt still but not as bad and pregnancy test still positive but not dark as they have been I'm 8 weeks tomorrow have I lost my baby or is it just breakthrough bleeding ty for your help
