Jumpy at noises 🙈

Does anyone else get really jumpy at noises at the moment more than normal? My husband dropped the metal dog bowl on the kitchen floor a few days ago and I got that much of a fright i burst into tears! This isn't the first time I've cried at a loud noise lately. Is it normal? I feel like such a wimp! I never used to cry at anything now a noise brings me to tears. I'm 22 weeks of that makes a difference?
