asking for help...low sperm count

is there anything that my fiancee can take over the counter for low sperm count he took a test and it shows his level is low we have been trying for 6 months. I have two kids from a prior marriage so I know I can conceive and I have been checked and doc says my female organs are fine... he really wants a baby and I feel so heart broken and sad when I have to break the news every month that my period has come again.... if u know how to boost sperm count with out having to see a doctor please help us
