Baby hair

So I have shoulder length hair which my 5 month old LOVES to pull. He gets right in there with his fists and yanks for all he's worth. I am sooooo tired of wearing pony tails all the time. It's quick and easy but not helping my feeling of frumpiness. Any easy hair styles you mama's do (with pics if possible)?? I would just like to feel a little better about myself and my new mommy appearance. I absolutely need to wear it back and would love some ideas.
