Sore boobies

I know this is a dumb question.. But what does it mean when your boobs are so sore to the point you can't even touch them? For the past 2 mornings I've woke up with my boobs being SO sore I can't even touch them.. (I've NEVER experienced this) My boobs are sore throughout the day but the only time their REALLY sore and unbearable to touch is when I first wake up.. And sometimes when I rubbed across my nippples it'll hurt or it'll feel like a numb feeling.

I've looked it up on Google and some things are saying breast cancer! Should I be worried?!
