How often should you have sex to increase the chance of getting pregnant ?

Answer

It's best to just time it during your fertile period. We are planning on trying the SMEP which means you have sex every other day starting CD8 until you get a positive OPK, then have sex 3 days in a row, skip a day, and have sex 1 last time. So it's not some strict number of times a week but more follows your body's natural fertility rhythms.
