Is it wrong?

So I have my first appointment tomorrow with a new doctor. I'm about 95% sure I have endometriosis. Is it wrong to ask for pain medication? I'm 30 been off my bc for two years so my husband and I could ttc. The pain is unbearable at times and I just can't keep going on without some relief. I take NSAIDs like they're candy I feel like, but they don't relieve me from the pain. It's a new doctor and I don't want to come across as wanting the medicine for recreational use. Any advice?
